FIRAT is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
1. Our Commitment
SnapGenius strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
2. Accessibility Features
Our platform includes the following accessibility features:

- Lists marked up using appropriate HTML elements
2.5 Forms and Input

- Error messages that identify the problem and suggest corrections
- Input validation with accessible error announcements
- Required fields clearly marked
2.6 Media and Content
- Video content includes captions (where applicable)
- Audio descriptions provided for video with visual information
- Documents are provided in accessible formats
- No content flashes more than three times per second
3. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of our platform may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of the following limitations:
